Hello! My name is Mindy and I am a Massage Therapist specializing in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Shiatsu. I am a 2018 graduate of the National Holistic Institute (NHI) in Sacramento. During my training, I worked at the NHI Student Clinic where I practiced Swedish and Shiatsu Massage on the general public. I also have experience working at Olympus Sports Center using different massage techniques like Sports Massage and stretching. In addition, I have been trained in specialty massage work that I am passionate about such as Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Thai, and Hand and Foot Reflexology.
